Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are becoming the norm in and around the corporate world and public/private organizations. Transcending conversations from the basic human right to be included in different parts of society to the workplace, We welcome the women who have broken barriers and now join in passing it forward by becoming part of Leading LatinX in our mission to empower women and young girls gain their voice.

Much of our success is due to the support from global blue-chip corporate companies and organisations with a vested interested in empowering women and young girls and to raise awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion for more inclusive workforce. Leading LatinX has built a strong network of women in leadership roles that want to give back to society and helping women and young girls gain their voice. Therefore, Leading LatinX continues to remain focused on the area of DEI. One of TLLF’s goals over the next three years will be to strengthen existing network and form partnerships by encouraging active input from our supporting partners. We encourage women in leadership roles to help us build and empower women and young girls that have fallen victims of gender-based violence, are displaced due to war and help TLLF help women gain their voice and becomes leaders in their own lives. We have already started forming Leading LatinX regional chapters in major USA Cities, The Caribbean and throughout Europe. The chairman will consult with regionalmembers to gather ideas on how to best expand the chapter beyond our traditional base.

As a newly started foundation we are already becoming more visible. We will continue our efforts to provide the much-needed information as we launch a new website and provide more social media content of our activities and events that help promote the empowerment of women and young girls.

Thank you for your continued support in this exciting journey of empowering women and young girls and we look forward to engaging with the newly formed chapters in the USA, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
