DIVERSITY
The Leading LatinX Foundation (TLLF) is committed to raising awareness on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion as a key element of what has set us apart from other social platforms. We believe that the LatinX generation are the currency changers for a number of industries (i.e., beauty and technology), facts and figures are discussed in our Leading LatinX Blog and Audio First Podcast.
Our experience has proven time and again that our hyper keen approach in connecting and listening to the LatinX questions we receive and addressing 'how to a get to equity and inclusion' of LatinX professionals in C-suite or board positions, whether it is in the healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, biotech, financial, technology & aerospace engineering sectors, it is being noticed. The LatinX professional are no longer keeping to the tradition of fitting in and going with the flow. They are embarking on a trajectory of promoting change through action and inclusion. This in part why we started The Leading LatinX Foundation. To connect with LatinX leaders that have broken barriers of economic depression and help pass it forward by empowering women & young girls globally. TLLF is supported by the generosity of corporations private and public organisations with a vested interest in raising awareness of diversity in many fronts.
Join us on the Leading LatinX Audio Podcast for Table Talk Thursday's (TTT), where we address the topic of diversity and inclusion with LatinX Leaders from different industry, who know first hand the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion. Especially for those that come from low middle income countries and have broken the barriers to get to where they are.
We hope that listing to the podcast and seeing the empathetic approach on connecting at a global level to the LatinX community leaves you with a pandora of sorts; a breath of fresh air knowing that the topics you care about, such as diversity and inclusion are an open book at Leading LatinX Audio.
With our continued commitment and the increased support bestowed upon us we hope to increase the rate at which LatinX employees' are being promoted into management roles across different industries from reaching 4.9% in 2023 to 10% 2027.
